I'm looking at tires, and am curious as to the max size I can run on my '10 dually. I cranked the t-bars up about 1 1/2", and don't want to go any higher or add aftermarket keys. I would rather not have to run rear spacers either, but i will if I have to. I'm thinking about 245/75-17 or maybe 265/70s.

Thanks.

265's will probably be to wide, I dont know the they make a 235/85 or 255/85 equivelant for 17's but if they do those are your best choices if your dont want to run spacers. 265's will rub without spacers, 245's may not, but there only like a .5 - 1 inch taller at the most.

I think I have made my mind up to go with 235/80R17 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I had Nittos before, and like them, good mileage on a heavy truck. Plus, they're load range E. and I can get 6 of them for $1120. It's gonna be a little while, though, I still have to get my Line-X and B&W Turnover installed.

I might have changed my mind. I think I will stick with 265/70s and go with rear spacers. I just saw a truck with 235/80s, and they are taller, but I want something a little wider. Will a set of 1.5" spacers work with the 265s, or do I need to go ahead and go with 2"? Also, I'm considering the Mickey Thompson ATZs, they're a sweet looking tire. Anybody know what kind of mileage I can expect out of them? Mostly daily driving and occasional towing.
