What's the biggest tire I can put on my new 2011 chevy 2500hd with 20in rims?

35/12.50-20 on stock 20" Denali wheels

Wow! 20inch rims is so big! But what will be the benefit of having a 20inch rim in my truck? i am more on driving on road than off road. does it mean if you have bigger tires=more weight=bad mileage? im currently using stock but maybe if the tires wear out i plan on changing rims too. but im still not decided.

No... There is a guy on DF though with 35/12.50's with 20" BMF Novakanes with it trimmed and raised

I put 285/55/20's with BMF Novakanes on mine sitting at stock hieght mine needed to be trimmed

I would suggest running 33x12.50 or equivalent on a 20" wheel. Level it with a Cognito system.

some guy just put 295/65's (35.5 tall) on his LML and he had to do a fender mod / crank bars.
