Under what condition? I've seen two key ways sheared from driving two superchargers off the ole front. But, wonders never cease to amaze me. Good luck with that.

Not sure if that would 100% work or not. Reason I might be inclined to believe it though is due to something I saw in the past.
I saw a 6000lb planetary hub being held off the ground by a 1" wide bead of silicone and nothing else. The diameter of the hub was about 4'. It was a fight with pry bars and chisels to seperate the two halves with gravity helping to seperate it.
