big problems injectors maybe

went out to do a bottle test threw a 0087 code so i pulled over to check for fuel in the bottle... nothing the bottles bone dry, but when i opened the hood i saw some smoke. thought it was just pb blaster burning off the exhaust manifold. it wasnt i looked under the truck and saw a nice leak going. my first guess was coolant, but i tasted it and its deffinately diesel fuel.... im not sure which cylinder this is ( very back of engine next to firewall on the drivers side) but it looks like the injector is leaking. what could have happended???? could my injector tie downs have failed and the injector pushed out of the cylinder???
im gonna try drive it to my school tonight if they have an open lift there tonihgt. i could deff feel loss of power too.


any guess on what i should do from here?

EDIT: one or two drops of oil now on the ground, hopefully thats from my filter being loose because it looks like where the filter meets the oil filter casting there is oil drops chilling there...
when driving it back home i didnt see any white smoke from the exhaust, and after i took of the drivers inner fender well i squeezed the top radiator hose a nd it was soft i no i should have checked it as soon as turned off the truck but i was panicing lol even cut my finger open pretty good on the mayhem

well looks to be oil where the up pipe meets the manifold.

now im thinking this is the head gasket FML.. do i need to pull the engine to replace a head gasket, its pretty tight space in there

It's common for the pass side riser to leak where you put an EGR blocker in.

Check all your injector hold-downs for tightness and your injector fittings.

im not sure what the hold downs look like on these truck, im more fimilar with the cummins when it comes to hard parts... could u get me a pic of what they look like please? also its the drivers side im worried about.

i can see fuel on the outside of the head gasket too, i wiped it off and it keeps coming back

please close... i figurede it out, it was me being stupid i think what i think happened was the u shaped hose wasnt pluged very good maybe and leaked fuel out of the return line... pretty releived now but i feel like an idiot lol
