I would say the mechanic who works on 'European Maid' needs to sell his/her tools and move on to something less techinical.

The 1st vid I posted was from 2008. This vid is from 2009.

That was interesting. I honestly didn't know they did that stuff in Europe.

Yah. They just have little tractors over there.

The "Dragonfire" Tractors engine is a Zvezda russian marine radial diesel converted to alcohol and spark ignition! I did some searching/reading on it and build pics, pretty amazing! Its better that they used somthing more avalible like Zvezdas than use rare engines like Pratt&Whitney 26cyl R-4360 Wasp Majors. European pullers like aircraft engines, especially V-12's and radials. Very cool but should be in plane restos! (Im a plane buff:D)

Zvezda also had a 112 cylinder monster! Its 2 of there 56cyl's joined:eek:
Featuring specs: 16 rows with 7 banks of cylinders, bore of 160 mm (6.3 in), stroke of 170 mm (6.7 in), and total displacement of 392 liters (23,931 in³). The engine produced 10,000 hp at 2,000 rpm :eek::eek:

Considering these Superstock tractor guys are pushing boost in the 150-200psi range, one stuck/malfunctioning waste gate usually leads to carnage like this. Or sometimes the stress of making 2500+ hp on a block designed to hold 120hp causes them to fail as well!
