Best Programmer

I have an 04 LB7. I'm wanting to install a programmer. I need some input on which one I should get. I don't do any racing or anything like that. I haul hay and farm equipment in some pretty hilly areas. It does great completely stock but I would some additional power at an economical price.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I agree with Blklmm but if you really wanted something mellow superchips have very tame programming.

find on old edge juice on flea bay and keep it on the tow level...

What do you guys think about HyperTech Power Programmer's? I saw a couple used ones on e bay? Which also brings me to my next question. Is it ok to buy these used? Anything I should be aware of?

be care not to buy a used tuner already locked up....also some companies have better customer service then others...


if you want something cheap and good i suggest a superchips flashpaq....i used to run one. where are you located?

I used to have the Edge in my truck, worked good, and you'll get gauges out of the deal too, I see them on Ebay all the time for around 400

I sounded like that 6 years ago, ended up with a hypertech to begin with..........that was thousands of dollars ago. Stay stock unless you want to keep throwing money at the truck, I guarantee you wont be satisfied, you will always be looking for just one more mod.

If you end up looking for a small tuner hit me up with what your looking at used first. I will look up what it is new for you first and see what I can get it for you for to save a headache of something being wrong with it.

I know this is off the tpoic but everyone is talking difrent mods but what kind of fuel mileage can you get out of them? Mine BLOWS and was wondering about EFI live?
