Guess some guys cant appreciate the work it took to build that car.

Who said that? I just posted my opinion that I would not want it.

I never said anything like it looks like a pile of junk.. I'm sure its been runs great and looks really nice, just not my style thats all

There was an article about it in one of the first diesel power mags. I think issue 3 or 4. Also back then there was a write up on a '53 vette replica with I think was a Diesel BMW drive train. :cool2:

I been about being different. My first vehicle was a 1974 Luv. back then the sbc was the norm-my stepdad and I fitted in a 455 buick and th400. Our new project has been a 78 luv frame with disc brakes, a 81 honda accord 2 door hatch body and my 455-he keeps asking if we can put in a duramax. The engine and trans combo is longer then the car body I think. Would be fun though, as it sits it weighs about 1600lbs, with a dmax it would be closer to 3000-3500lbs hmmm. Not sure if the luv frame would like me very much but oh the possibilities.:D anyone want to donate an LB7/Allison combo for research and development practices?
