Ok I am wanting to upgrade tranny so what is the best route to go if I wanna run 150-250 hp tunes and not be scared of burning up clutches?

Is suncoast a whole new tranny or the allison modified?

transgo (for 5 speed) jr (for 6 speed) will help ....not sure how long it will last. transgo claims 500 streetable hp.

Call MIKE L is the best advice you can get. Most likely though he is going to reccomend a stage 3 kit or so and a good triple disc converter.
