I actually ventured off the beaten path and tried something besides a Bud Lite, Miller Lite or Coors Light this weekend. Went to an Old Spaghetti Factory (obviously an italian restaurant) Sun. evening with some friends from out of town and had the best beer I've ever had thus far. it was a Killian's Red Irish I think. It was soooo yummy. :yumyum: It was a dark beer. First one I've had since "acquiring the taste" for beer. I remember having one (some kind of dark beer) way back several years ago and not liking it but that was when I didn't like beer. 
I'm all better now though.
And yes, the colder the better for me. Warm beer still tastes like piss water to me.

Killians Red is very good, So is Amberbock and Shinerbock if you like dark beers. Gotta drink them out of a glass though, for some reason they taste like crap out of the bottle.......let them breathe

I'm a beer fanatic! If you have an Old Chicago round your part of the woods, then you know what it means to do multiple world tours. Not to brag but i've prolly had and forgot about more differant beers than our beer emporuim!
