I just thought that I would share my latest exterior mod the the D-max. I sanded and stripped my stock grill then sprayed it with under body coating (similar texture and look to bed liner at $7 a can :thumb:). I then drilled and put in 1/4" SS SHCS bolts to give that "RBP" style look to it.

What do you guys think?

I was actually planning on spraying plasti dip on mine when I have more than three hours off work. How does the bed liner color hold up to sun? How does plasti dip hold up to sun? I want to put something on my tool box

I havent uses the bedliner spray on mine but its been plasti dipped for almost a year now, I do alot of highway driving and bugs and crap come rite off with a micro fiber cloth and some detail spray. The stuff is suprisingly tough and if u mess up or dont like it it just peels rite off.

I finally color matched my bowtie, painted the winch hook black and decided to add a few more bolts to the center cross of the grill.
