Help: Bed Lights and 3rd Brake light

Trying to figure out exactly whats going on here. It looks like my drivers side bulb for the 3rd brake light may be out. But i also noticed that unless i am completely stupid or the truck doesn't have the feature (Which i highly doubt) I cant turn on my bed lights either. any insight?

Turn the dimmer switch for the dash lights all the way to the right like you're turning on the interior lights.

That worked like a champ. Funny thing i had tried that in the past but since my interior lights came on too i didn't notice that they were coming on in the bed. So it looks like i jsut need a brake light bulb for up there.
