You mean you brush the chickens ass with sauce? We need to be more clear than that Larry.:baby: This is very technical stuff you know.:D:hug:

If you want to get technical, I never clean my grill, I use it at least 4 times a week, so there is a good residue on it. When the chicken, or whatever else is 75% done, I open the bbq sauce lid and squirt a little on each piece then use the tongs to mop it around. I then immediately flip the meat and do the same on the other side, let it cook for a few more minutes and flip it again and spread some more on the first side and then cook till its done, or I finish the beer i'm on :D

I say put the sauce on before. might even try to fork the chicken a little before so the sauce and seep inside and really flavor things up

well you need to rig a BBQ sauce spray bar to the grill lid and blast the chicken at random with a shifter grip w/ a nitrous button!

Towards the end, and dry rub before you start, or..
Marinade for 24 hours beforehand in: (Crushed mango, orange, and a touch of lime, and olive oil. Add garlic and Vidalia onion minced, thyme, basil, salt and pepper to the marinade. Add chicken and put in the fridge)

Then grill that, indirect heat, with the cover on. Drink a beer...

Flip chicken

Drink a beer. Poke the chicken and if the fluid runs clear, smear a touch of sweet and spicy sauce of your choice on the pieces and let the flames lick the meat and caramelize the sauce. careful not to burn.

Enjoy!
