LBZ: battery Replacement

Will I need to reset my engine to stock before replacing the batteries? I know it's probably a stupid question to some...but I'm a rookie at this stuff. I have the Quad Stealth II tuner.

You can replace one, and leave the other hooked up, then the other--- that way the radio, clock and computers will not have to re-learn.

You will not loose the tunes, either way.
