Trying to track down if I have batteries going bad or not.

Story: I'm having issues with my headlight all on mod not working- my highs would stay on when i switched back to lows- and couldn't figure it out. Finally one day I randomly put a battery tender on my truck. Took like 3 days to be fully charged. Bam headlights work like they should. After a few days/week though lights will start acting up. I've narrowed it down to batteries I think.

So my question-

1- I tried checking the amp draw on the batteries with truck off. Anyone know how many milliamps it should be? I assume with all the electronics in the truck i won't get 0.00. But first check I got 0.02-0.03. My manual with my multimeter says most vehicles should be 0.01 or less. Is this true for the dmax?

Usually .5-.8amps is normal. I have one that's been drawing 2.3 amps. Kills the batteries in two days.

Ideally you want to see less than 50 milliamps(.050 amps), but 80 milliamps isn't uncommon. Keep in mind with a vehicle with a BCM, you have to measure parisitic current draw after the BCM has gone into sleep mode, this can take up to 30 minutes to occur.

Ya my truck was sitting for like 3 days when I checked. So my 0.03 reading should be ok?

I noticed after like a week or sp my truck turns over a little slower. So I'm thinking bateries
