I have a 2002 LB7 Cali edition. (This is not a highlight). Doing a Batmowheel install. Supporting mods - EFI live dsp5 (needs tune update), LBZ cp3, fass 150, MBRP intercooler pipes, MBRP downpipe, MBRP turndown 5", AEM BFHD intake, Profab mouth piece, Suncoast gmax 5. EGR blocked and turned off.

after installation I am reading 22-24 psi boost an a major drop in power from stock wheel. Feels like waste gate is staying open with a air rushing sound like a blown boot. It is fueling fine. egts are very high crusing around 900. I have to drive it in a large tune as it has no power. Any suggestions would be great.

When I did mine I 2 could only make 25 lbs. So I plugged waste gate line to see if it was opening sooner and I had to let off at 34lbs so mine seemed like the waste gate was opening sooner... so now I have a adjustable boost valve set at 32lbs till I get a adjustable wastegate... just a idea

Also maybe disconnect the rod from wastegate and make sure the wastegate it self only turns about a quarter turn... I thought I read the the gate can come loose from the shaft
