Banks Six gun constant error code 32

installed banks six gun bundle about 4 months ago and get constant error code 32 in the diagnostics of the power pda. have unplugged rehooked and checked all connections but still get these everytime i start up!

did you do a reset?

dont have the secret reset instructions in front of me but it goes something like....

key on and off 5 times with a 30 ish second delay, put your right foot in take your left hand out, pat your belly....

code 32

I have done the reset procedure you turn key on press and release throttle 5 times turn off for 30 seconds and then do it again.
when i do that I get a "code 13 six gun switch out of range"
