Alright so i noticed just a hint of smoke and decided to check my balance rates with the PPE programmer

here is a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uvt2SSHZJFo

but if you dont want to watch that here they are..

INJ 1 PW 3.2MS
INJ 2 PW 2.9MS
INJ 3 PW 4.8MS
INJ 4 PW 2.8MS
INJ 5 PW 3.8MS
INJ 6 PW 3.3MS
INJ 7 PW 2.3MS
INJ 8 PW 2.6MS

This is @ about operating temp and @ about 680 rpms.

but when throttle is applied they all even out.

Engine has probably about 115171miles or 185349km's

injectors probably havent been done before.

fuel filter recently changed and i use AMSOIL fuel conditioner and have been getting great fuel economy lately!

Also i've only had the truck for about 11015.6 miles or 17728km so i dont really know its history..

so my question is how do these look? besides that #3 is out of spec.

should i get read to change these soon?

Are these taken in park or drive with foot on brake? Is it making oil?

No those were not, but I just did that now and here are the numbers.
#1 4.0
#2 3.7
#3 5.6
#4 3.9
#5 4.4
#6 4.2
#7 3.0
#8 3.4

I don't believe it is making oil, or maybe a little bit.

You're looking at pulse width. The ppe does not read balance rates to my knowledge

mm3 = balance rates
ms = pulse width

Oh right. that makes sense. oops!

Maybe i should have my balance rates looked at then.

I saw that PPE hot +2 does balance rates i believe but not the xcelerator
