Number 1 seems a bit out, got as high as + 6.25 at one point (not shown in log) but is averaging around +4 - +5.5, all other injectors seem fine. With duel fuelers is it possible I need to adjust the fuel pressure at idle a little  and which table would need adjusted, or could it be a rod is getting short syndrom

I am interested in replies to as I have the same issue. Took truck into the dealer yesterday to have them check and all they did was balance rates which showed fine . I think it showed fine @ dealer because it was rainy and colder. Of course when I got home it was higher.

I think the next step is getting return rates checked but takes more than using a scanner.

Does your truck have any other symptoms besides the balance rates every now and again? If you end up doin return rate test at least you have an LLY, LB7's are a PITA. :D

the only other symptom might be a bit more ticking noise which I am sure is an injector or 2. Maybe a bit more smoke than previous when running a bigger tune. Otherwise it still runs good.

Don't mean to be taking over your thread Larry. Hopefully someone else chimes in soon.

If a rod was getting short, a compression test would also be the next step to confirm or deny.

It was my dumb mistake, When I put the modded regulator in several years ago I had to adjust B1010 to compensate for the crappy rail pressure at idle...............When I put the duel pumps on I found that I could bring B1010 values back closer to stock without affecting the idle, I didnt realize that my balance rates were off as I rarely check them.......I just checked them out of curiosity yesterday and found the surprise, I have to thank Kyle for bringing this table back to my attention, made one small adjustment and rates are back down to + 3 to 4 on injector # 1, So i'll slowly bring it back to where it needs to be today, I hope :D

ended up being a simple fix, changed 1st cell in B1010 from 1600 to 1800 and blended the next 2 cells with the first. All balance rates are good to go now.

Thanks again Kyle, you saved me from jacking with the base fuel pressure table

Your new log doesn't show rail pressure? What kind of rail pressure are you showing now?
