Do you care to give a rough maintenance record to date for that many miles. I.e. X sets of tires, Y sets of brakes, Z batteries, waterpumps, etc.

stock tires lasted to 72,000, next set were Michelin ltx ms that I ran for 138,000 miles. Replaced them with Michelin LTX MS2s that I still have on
Brakes, I've been thru a couple front brake shim kits. Got fed up with the rattle and replaced the rotors, calipers, and pads at around 250k. pads werent even half worn and rotors were good too, just tired of the rattle.
still on stock batteries, waterpump, etc.
stock shocks till 200, then ranchos from 200-295ish, put Gabriels on now
Oil filter every 5k, full LOF every 10
tans + fuel filters every 15. trnas fluid every 75K ish
ps/brake fluid every 30 ish
rear dif every 50K ish
Howes Power Kleener every tank
Rotella syn 5w40
Transynd
etc
got a celebratory 300K video ready to post, just waiting for the odometer to turn over tomorrow:thumb:

It has been great so far. And I still have an untouched pile of parts from you if stuff starts going out.
Also replaced ujoints and idlers/tensioner around 250k. Nothing had failed, just preventative maintenance. I'll try to get the complete list of repairs later this week.

It has been great so far. And I still have an untouched pile of parts from you if stuff starts going out. Did have a couple minor scares. Around 97K it died on the side of the road. While waiting for a tow truck I pulled the fuel pump relay and swapped it for drl relay. Fired right up + was fine. Called tow truck and cancelled.
Then there was the oil psi sensor scare around 150k. Still amazed at how many + how fast the trouble shooting help came in from everyone here, Thanks again!

just checked my balance rates yesterday, they are almost identical to yours, im at 145k

Hmmmmmm. Had an oil analysis done at about 316K. Every other analysis has come back with less than 0.5 percent fuel in oil. This one showed 3 percent.
Could one or more injectors be on the way out.? Or was I smoking out too many ricers/cummins/fords this sample period?

I would say you might have an problem. My fuel has never been over .5% and I don't go on as long as trips as you and run my oil for a lot longer.
I'm not going to start replacing anything just yet. This oil analysis was done as a test of running reverse osmosis water. Results weren't too good. So I'm going to flush it out and go back to distilled and test again after running distilled for a full oil change cycle. See what happens to the fuel in oil then.
