BAD whining noise HELP

Not sure if this is the right spot to post.IF NOT SORRY

Truck was running great.Until I down loaded my stock tune in my autcal.Then autocal froze up.New one on the way .The engine light came on(not sure on code have to get it read) then took it for a ride and its making a bad whining noise.Can be all coincidence this happen,Just want to see anyone might know what this noise is in the video(crappy road not that great but can hear it in the video)

Did you read the code yet Mike? If not i can check it out a little,very hard to tell but sounds like the tranny.

Havent read the code yet Have to get to a parts store etc. to read.If it is the trans I have a warranty til MAY.But Ijust cut the cat and muffler off ,Think that maybe a issue

How is the power normal? Probably turbo vane position issue or something like that do to your stock calibration being compromised with the download lock up. Just a wild guess. I'd get a hold of a stock calibration some how and flash the ecm and see if that fixes it. Keep in mind I am clueless about this.

Powers fine.shifts fine .Once warmed up its harldly any noise.

I got these codes today might help
PO U0101 Code was on there 5 times
PO 0401 1 time
Now you can hear that whining noise after being warmed up

No blocker plate.Told by the auto store codes were egress and transmission modual communication

Mine sounded like that when my downpipe rubbed on the firewall howled like crazy. Do you have a surge at all? usually vvts will get a surge right before shitting the bed.

Yes it was a Egr code

From what I understand is the truck would be sluggish when they are bad or clogged but you say it's running good. Perhaps it's dirty and causing this noise? Buy a blocker plate or take yours off and clean it maybe that is your problem,just a guess.
