Ok, So I know it says im new but in reality I have been a member for a few years now but after changing my email and forgetting my log-in credentials I just had to create a new one to regain access to the site... So its good to be back!
My full story is below but since its long I will just post a synopsis of the problem... Injectors are bad, got a new half set coming (couldnt afford a full set). Filled up the crankcase with fuel.... Would this cause any damage to the engine??? Only had it running for about 2 miles like this.

Full Story.....

Here's my dilema.... I just bought a 02 ECSB 2500HD with a LB7/ZF6 2WD combo for a pretty good deal with the knowing that it had injector or injection pump issues. Got it for $4200, high miles but clean truck.
After doing a return check on both sides I found the driverside to be WAY above acceptable so I ordered a half set of injectors and a install kit from Pensacola Diesel. The passenger sides are bad too but I couldnt afford a whole set.... I tried doing a return check on the individual injectors but didnt have the proper return tool so I opted to take out a single injector to make a return adapter on my own. Once I did this I found stampings that suggested they where newer injectors so I pulled the remaining 3 from the DS and they where all stamped alike... I couldnt resist the curosity to take one apart to see the inner workings.... :D However.... along comes my GF's 4-year old and bumps the table making parts go flying!!! :( So I had to take apart a second injector to figure out how the first one went back together. After all of this I reinstalled the injectors and started it like I normally had to (butane). Idled as normal, drove as normal.... Then I noticed my oil pressure was about 10-PSI low, and it wanted to start dieing at idle which it has never done. Next thing I know is Im leaving a trail of oil/diesel thats coming out of the fill tube! Just drained it and got about 5 gallons of oil/diesel mix out!
Getting ready to put new oil in and install the new injectors for the DS... Hope this aleviates the return problem enough so that I can at least start it without spraying butane into the intake.
Any suggestions?

Ok, so the new DS injectors are in and I polished the feed line ends before hooking everything back up. Truck is definately running better/smoother/quieter now and I have no fuel getting into the crankase! I still need to replace the PS injectors as it will still not start on its own (without butane) but I now have another question.... I run EFI Live and when I try to command a fuel pressure I get nothing! When its running I should be able to command anything I want and it should closely follow right??? Would this be a injection pump failing or the fuel pressure relief valve? When I am on the throttle fuel pressure rises but its about 5000 PSI below whats being commanded by the ECM... When I try to jump in and command something different I get no change.... Any suggestions?
Thanks
