This seems like a silly question, but I need a little help troubleshooting this.
A few weeks ago I installed an Edge Insight, with accessories including the Edge backup camera. Plug & play, very simple install. Well, it quit working 3 days ago. The fuse & gound are still good, and all of my connectors are still plugged in. The Insight is not recognizing the camera, it's no longer in the Menu screen like normal(no more "View Camera" option in the Menu). I'm at a loss on this one.
I tried calling Edge for some troubleshooting help. That sucked. Sat on hold for 9 minutes, a guy picked up & said "Edge products" then hung up on me. I tried again, and after 4 minutes on hold, the same guy did the same thing, and hung up on me.
Anybody have some knowledge to share?
