Baby DMAX cancelled?

Everything I read said it's delayed, so GM is cancelling the 2019 orders as they're going to bring it to market as a 2020 by the time the EPA finally approves it. The COLORADO/CANYON went through the same thing with the 2.8l right after dieselgate broke from VW. So I figure Fiat's recent problem's and settlement over the ecodiesel played a role in this.
