Rail pressure Current is the "guess" it takes at opening up the CP3 to get a desired pressure pressure. Lower # = More Fuel.

I did some testing, and the customer "said" it felt faster, but the data showed no change. I should play with it again sometime.

well guys
i just tried a few things
1 i lowered the table -15% except for 0 mm3 i left stock and 60000mm3 i set to zero ( stock 04.5 lly is zero @ 60000) then flashed and took it for a test drive..............not good for idle ...bad idea
2 stoped truck changed 1000-2000-3000 back to stock then lowered 3000 -5% leaving the others @-15% and 60000 at 0
i did not log this because i left my laptop power cable at work and wanted to keep as much battery power for flashing
i did not notice any increase in power or milege did however see a little more smoke i think and truck sounded a little bit louder rattly
could just be the miserable rainy day here but im thinking i might try going -30
% on the truck and see what its like hard to tell really but i dont think this is helping anything

well i have once again changed these settings
back to stock then from 28000 down to 60000 i went -25%
i also changed the 60000 to 0
i really dont think changing these upper 0mm3 to 20000mm3 helped if anything it was worse
the new settings seem to blow more black smoke so im going to keep playing around

yes raise the first ones a little then smooth the curve and bring the last ones to 0. It helps the hunting as you come off throttle back to idle. Pat used it on my truck then I have put it in all my tunes now. I think LB7's are more likely to have this problem related to what the cp3 is seeing incoming say from a lift pump.

FWIW (Not much, I know :)), I have had nothing but frustration trying to figure that table out with the WD Modded regulator I put in. It's not doing what I'd expect (Raising current should decrease fuel flow), and when I get it doing something (for example, idling smooth with steady rail pressure and valve current close to desired), when I change it to try to fine tune it, find that doesn't work, and put it back to the one that was close, I get different results (rail pressure spiking to 9000# high and getting steady there).
