Since PW tuning on LB7 and LLY is limited to 100mm3 going above that will still get you the same fuel. The difference is that if you have a table that has a smooth slope up to 200mm3 then you will have 100mm3 (max fuel) by about 50% throttle and your tune will be very touchy - only the first half of the pedal will actually do anything.
The only benefit of going higher is it gives you room for the adjustment tables to not actually pull out fuel while at WOT. If you want to do this make the table smoothly go up to 100mm at WOT then adjust everywhere that you have 100m3 as a value to 120, 200, ect. This will allow you to still have a smooth tune with the entire pedal functional but gives you the benefit of adjustment tables not robbing fuel at WOT.
