LLY: B0283 Rear Defrost Circuit

apparently my rear defrost no longer works? i have checked the fuse and it is fine? Anyone ever had this problem before?

there is a 30amp fuse under the hood, is there a fuse on the driver side panel for the defrost?

i get 12.5v with ignition on and 12.1v with ign on and the defrost switch on... the soldering is good on the window...

When I took my rear window out There were 2 "plugs" in the lower corners of the glass. Check and see if they worked loose.
FYI...on my LB7...my rear window has been in a box in the attic for about 7 years now...I have never seen a code.
