Auto-Cals are tuner specific and will only load tunes from the V1 or V2 that unlocked it
The only way to receive and load tunes from multiple tuners is with the EFI-Live full tuning suite, like a V1 or V2. And there's different options for those as well, you can just get a scanner or you can get the flash/scan tool that has the potential to flash programs (load tunes) and scan the ECM/TCM
