automatice log out

I did a security patch about 4:30 PST. Other then that there have been no changes. When did this start?

mine does it too. cleared cache twice. same thing. seems like it logs me out after 10 or so minutes of inactivity. that normal??

done this each time... hasnt done it in the last 30 minutes... too me

There is no setting that I'm aware of for logging people out after a certain amount of time that I'm aware of. There is one will mark threads read after 15 minutes of inactivity but that's it. It could be that the hosting site is having some issues today.

not that big a deal. just sometiumes i leave it sit for a bit and come back, go to write something and it says i'm logged out. have to log in again.... not life threatening .
the marks threads reads will happen, but only if i dont get kicked off. that's a hit or miss deal....

Somehow Im logged in on my desktop but my laptop wont even let me log in now.... i enter my stuff it says thank you for loggin in please wait while we redirect you and boom back to main page logged out.

i have had it doing it to me here as well.
I know what you are talking about ski, there is another site i log into and when i put in my password it just takes me back to the main screen not logging in. I have to use internet explorer only on that site.
