EFILive Autocal

Hey guys, I bought an Autocal, got it mated to my tuners EFI, and he downloaded tune in the proper file type, but they will not download into my truck. Gives an error code. It has never asked to even license to my truck...? anyone have any experience with these?

AutoCal support is provided by your tuner, EFILive doesn't provide end user support for this device given the variables involved.
