I've been doing it in my account which is the only one on the computer, I shut off factory windows defender, I changed a bunch of setting in my virus software and I even disabled it when I tried downloading the driver. I've done everything on EFI's website regarding the autocal. I've uninstalled and re installed the autocal 3-4 times thinking that would help.

No I haven't, gave up on it. Going to try again tonight and if I can't get it figured out I'll be calling duramax tuner to see what they say.

I could not get my new laptop with Windows 7 to work, I ended up using my old laptop with Vista. I bought the new laptop because I wanted to make sure I did not have any issues tuning my truck:roflmao: I even had my tec guy look at it and he could not get it to work:rolleyes:

You need to download v8 scan and tune software. Downloading v7.5 and then updating will not get you to v8. Its a completely separate set of programs.
