Took Corries truck to the track last night, Not record setting runs but im happy for a full weight truck, even the spare tire!

Run 1
60' 1.87
1/8 8.65 @ 80.14
1/4 13.53 2 101.01

run 2
60' 1.86
1/8 8.72 @ 79.49
1/4 13.64 @ 100.27

I only got a log from the 1st run, but through 2nd and 3rd gear rail psi fell way down to 18k but recovered to around 22k in 4th and 5th and held with a shot of 31.xxx even though itshould have been in the 32,+++ area? Im still working on figuring that out? Egts were running in the 15000 range which i feel is real good. Once the truck launches its runnig as clean as a gasser leaving me looking for a bit more fuel?

Heres a vid of the 13.6 run, dont mind the anouncer even though she forgot to video the first run:D!

You're out! Good deal.

Nice numbers. I was expecting similar but seems I need to take care of a bunch more details to get that next second...

Hope that wasn't one of my modded tunes:D

Congrads, glad you're feeling better...

Thanx!

IT started life as your tune but i have it pretty butchered up now:eek:! Im still tryin to figureout the reason the rail psi droped so bed in 2nd and 3rd gear, Watching the log when rail psi is down MAF is pegged, when MAF comes down a bit in 4th and 5th rail psi recovers to 22k? During all of it though its not shooting the PW shot it shoud be?

You've got more mods than I was running 13.1s on. Leave the log pointed to your problem areas in the scan tool, then open the tune and it will highlight what everything should have been doing. Can you launch it any harder on whatever tires you are running? I was cutting consistance 1.7X 60' times on 285-75-16 BFG ATs on stock rims, even when I was having horrible rail pressure issues. Your trap speeds are up there, just need to get out of the hole and figure out the 2nd and 3rd gear pressure and PW issues and you should be flirting with 12s

I dont really expect to much out of the truck, Its heavy at usually just a pinch under 7300lbs depending on the scale. Running 285/70/17D tires dosent help the 60's either! If i can figure out the minor tune details it might go low 13's but i think thats probally it unless i put it on a diet!

It won't hold cause of the tightness of the converter - but 2200 is fine anyway. On your race tune you can demand more boost and close the turbo some in that area. On stock turbo I had 20psi at 2000 rpm for my launches, any higher RPM and I had no traction with the E-locker locked and tires aired down. If you need help getting more boost during staging let me know. If you go to your log of it and have it on the time you were staged, then open your tune it will highlight the area of each table that was being used and show you where you need to add boost and vane position. Don't forget you need to change max vane position if it's not high enough.
