at the hospital

ok im at the hospital with my 3 wek old son been here since like 3pm eastern time we finnaly just got out of the ER and moved into pediactrics it seens to be a mild infection whicch gave him a fever and stomach problems they been giving him antibiotics for mengitis which the spinal tap came back negative but still waiting for more test results. and tehhy also tell us we wont be able to go home till atleast sunday afternoon. and this is all after i got sick and had stomach probems been to the hospital the dr's specialists and test after test after test thinking i have a gastric ulcer. what a week well talk to you guys and gals later gotta get back to the lil one i will ost a pic of him tommorow when i get home to get some things i need

Damn man my heart go's out for ya. My little guy had to have heart surgery at 3 months that was probably the worst sinking feeling I have ever had, I was an absolute disaster till he came out of anesthesia ok.

ty everyone. well they still cant find anythign wong and the antibiotics seem to be helping we are just waiting on teh results of teh cultures we will still be here till atleast tommorow and as far as me i threw my diet out the window no wy i can worry and take care of my lil one with being on a clear liquid diet. so i just enjoyed a bacon egg and cheese bagel. it was yummy ok well im off to the room again ill keep everyone posted as the day goes on.

I've been there brother with both my own health and my son. Hardest thing I've ever been through. We've had many scares in the first three years with stays in the hospital over christmas and weeks in ICU. I feel for you and wish you both the best. Get better soon.

nuttin yet gotta wait for the stupid cultures to come back but he is definatly taking the treatment well he is more alert and not lathargic like he was fraday during the day just tireing adn hospital food sux and these fold out beds suck too but ohh well as long as he is good and comfy no more throwing up seems alot better
