Even though the fuel issue forced Pat to shut him down early :(

Yes, Big Block I even put a pic of me in there

Big thanks to Johnny, Robert (& Jenn), Jeremy, Jason, & Scott I'm so bad with names  Especially with 5 hours of sleep. We couldn't of done it without you guys.

The last 2 pic's is why I worry so much before Pat runs. There was a lose spot in the dirt and the bike lost it and went end over end. His helmet was cracked like an egg and the rider was life flighted out:cry: He was doing OK so we have been told.

Well the good news was he did have traction prior to shutting him down. So the stuff they worked on did work :D

Whats the story behind the itty-bitty front tires?

Pat needs a Hawaiian-print firesuit to make his "look" complete.

To get the truck on the ground and still rated for the MPH he wants to run. The frame is 3 inches off the ground.

Glad everything is in one piece still, Casper and Pat! A fuel leak is an easy fix, the question is..... how'd it feel before he shut down and what MPH did he shut down? Was he close to having it opened up?

Copied his post from the original thread:cool:

Truck had great traction, and handled like it was on rails. At the last event, it was an "E Ticket Ride", and I nearly spun the truck, so our attention was focused on making the truck more stable. But at roughly 150mph, the engine lost power, I popped it in neutral, the engine shut itself off, I smelled fuel, so I popped the chute just in case of fire. It went through the lights with engine off and chute open at 122.

The CP3 in the valley was spraying fuel out, and it wasn't from a hose or connection. We did not have the tools or time to pull it out there, so we called it a day. Autopsy tomorrow.

Big thanks out to:

I thought Pat was going to do some more research on that, as the lower you set the truck, the less downforce you actually got?

darn pat you finally got rid of the onstar and xm antennas! I kinda liked them up there because how often do you see a fully loaded dmax going 170mph. :D
