At an idle

How many gallons of fuel will a duramax burn though in an hour at idle? i know a tractor trailer truck burn a gallon an hour. So does anyone know

I've heard anything from 0.3 to 0.6 gallons an hour stock. I have a DSP tune I built for efficient idle with different timing, idle speed, and fuel pressure, and that burns 0.2 to 0.3 gallons an hour, depending on the temperature and elevation.

I let my LB7 sit and idle for 4 hours after I changed injectors and DIC said 3 gallons used. This was at OEM idle.

If I remember right I think the avrg time it was taking the guys cleaning there injectors was close to 2hr to run the 1/2 gal of treatment/diesel.
