Yes. Back drivers side is the tight ones. However, most find that when you need studs, you needed rods already, right?

take the trans mount loose, jack up the trans as high as possible and stick something in between mount and crossmember like a block of wood!

cuz you can bend rods before the HG's lift, in most cases.

Most all the time stock bolts will last under 50 psi of boost.

Thanks Jim. I will be doing them for peace of mind. And yes i would agree that in most cases the rods shorten before gaskets go, this was not the case with the old truck.

Wasn't the case with my lbz either popped passenger side hg at 38 pounds but I did mine in cab its actually really easy but I took the heads off and had them decked
