I purchased a head stud kit for an 04 duramax from a vendor of yours, I believe the part number is 320-4201. The kit came short one nut for the studs and I'm curious if I'm better off trying to find one local or if there's something you can do?
Website Question
Because ARP is so concerned with customer satisfaction they replied to my email a day later
Hi Wayne
The kit # for that is 230-4201 and there is some info on the ARP box that was shipped in that we need for quality control = packer number / date / lot number & weight.

Is it just me or should this have been handled differently? instead of having any consideration for the fact that i might have a torn apart motor that i can't work on now, he seems more concerned about disiplining an employee or accusing me of lying about a $2 nut. the dude has my address, couldn't he have said "sorry about that, i shipped one out to you. hey i need some info of the box it came in so i can figure out what happened and correct any future problems" or something of that nature. i guess i should have called but you leftys don't get out of bed until about noon my time (seems like it anyway lol) and it wasn't any pressing matter. maybe i'm taking this the wrong way but this seems like some pretty lousy customer service to me....
