I had my EGT gauge quit and contacted Danin/DiPricol the manufacture about replacing/fixing it. The guy at tech support said the gauge was bad not just the probe based on what it was doing. So I ordered a new from them it didn't help so they sent me another new one thinking it was bad. Same thing so after 3 months of waiting for it they finely get me a probe and my original gauge works again. I contacted them about returning the 2 gauges I have and getting a refund. I think a refund for the full price of the gauge is fair since they told me the gauge was bad. I would eat the cost of the shipping of the first gauge and the return shipping of both. Nope they want to charge me $50 for shipping and a a restocking fee. I got the probe for free since they have a life time warranty, but that isn't much help since I bought a new one a while back since they where jacking me around for the probe.
