Any one have a AR with a 9mm conversion on it? Do you have problems with it cycling (short cycling)?

No but my father has the 45 upper and has no problems. Think it really depends on good quality magazines. Thus one is full auto and with or without the suppressor it fires flawlessly. Hope thus helps.

What buffer, spring, and stock are you using?

Im using a RRA buffer,spring,hammer,and a collapsible buffer tube(all for 9mm)
but I also tried a std setup as well but hade the same proablem. I even tried to cut down a buffer spring. Im thinking that im trying to shoot too light of ammo (115g and 125g). Im going to load some 145g and see if that helps or load some 125g but go up a 1/2grain in powder.

It's something with the gun. I have read something like this on silencertalk.com but I can't remember what the cause was. Unless you are shooting with a can I would not waste the money on 147 grain.

I'm going to take it out tomorrow. I'm trying a couple of different springs and i made a lighter buffer see if that helps. I read on AR15 forum about mag alignment so i will look at that as well. this is is my only gun i have problems with. the upper is a cmmg.
