anyone tried a 1 micron fiter

like title says i found some 1 micron filters that they use on dispensers (like at gas stations) an they fit the fass 95 an 150 gph i thought i might have issues getting the fuel threw something that small any one else run that or any suggestions i get them at buisness cost to

Ill check into the airdog filters I'm Just worried bout It having problems pushing the fuel threw it the fuel will be clean no doubt there :thumb:

I know I've seen two micron but Really no opinions on a 1 micron filter?

Interesting, if you could find anything on what other filter heads they fit that would be awesome too. I'll be running my own lift pump setup, and plan to delete the factory filter head so I'm in the market for filters and filter heads... :thumb:

i deleted my stock fuel filter assembly....piece of crap

if they fit on a airdog 150 i would run it along with my other filters....i doubt it will restrict much flow

Ill check the airdog an Mike bring me down something I can probably make a filter head that the one micron will fit, an ill try one an report back if it makes a difference or.not in fuel pressure :thumb:

I have one of Nick D'amico's 1 micron filters on my nicktane system.

I am running a 1micron filter from nicktane. I have run 11.85 with that filter on the stock head with his adapter.

Micron size doesn't matter on flow you can have a 1000 gph 1 micron or 2 gph 1 micron

just check what the gph is before purchase.:thumb:

Also the larger the surface area of the filter the better. Takes longer to plug it up and it filters the fluid much better. Usually higher flow filters have more SA.

Just an update the filtration are 50 gpm so 50*60=3000gph flow at 1 micron still tryingbto find some that fit the airdog
