Anyone switch LLY to LB7?

Hi All,
I have a 2005 Duramax with a blown LLY, I have a salvage truck the has a LB7, the motor is out of the LLY already and at this point I am looking to find out if it is possible to do the swap considering the difference in the fuel systems.
Does anyone have a clue on this?

Easy ..... use the lb7 short block with your lly heads and injection .

Same motor other then the heads .....

I have a lb7 block in my lly

If your lilly heads are good. I would swap them onto the lb7 short block. Save yourself the lb7 injector blues... To answer your question yes it will work but most on here will tell you the same.
