Hey i got a ppe valve but now won't go over 25 lbs with the new wheel.. so either a Kennedy valve or new waste gate??

Is the Kennedy valve the same as PPE's? Sounds like you need to go with a Big Head wastegate or a set of vise-grips.

Yes Dan it still smokes not a lot but its a good haze and totaly stock truck lift pump and new stock injectors and a hot tune now its popping the waste gate at 26lbs unhooked wg and let off at 34lbs so i wanna regulate it at 32
yes i did .. i like it but if u don't have a lb7 i believe u have to pull the turbo.. from what I've been told

I know that with the 7.3 Ford's when you do an aftermarket wheel it sometimes will result in a loss of boost, yet have a decent power gain. It's b/c the air the moving more efficently through the charger and requires less boost to make more power. I would bet the map on the turbo now is much different than it was before.
I would try the vice grips though if you do wanna see an instant difference.

i did for sure help my egts on my 80 hp tune i couldn't get over 1000 deg
