PM's sent hopefully I can find one. Mine wont divert air. fogged Windows suck. Its been going for a while, now does nothing.
I have two of those. Both of them work, both are out of my truck.
First one has some burned out lights behind the fan speed switch and temp control switch, $25 shipped.
Second one is the one I replaced the first one with. Backlighting all works, except for behind the fresh/recirc & a/c switch, but the orange indicators do work. I removed it to install a Tahoe/Yukon controller with the rear defogger switch. $75 shipped.

Almost bet it is not the switch. Probably the actuator motor on the drivers side of the air box
Hmmm I will look and see. I still need the switch lights went out of it one by one plus the fiance got pissed at it and cracked it.
Also had problems with it not blowing hot air. Be going down the road and start blowing cold and wont switch back unless I shut the truck off and back on.

Take it off and plug it back in and see if it tries to move. That is what my 01 was doing. You could see it try to move but it was in a bind. I took it apart and got it moving coorectly but could never get the timing back correct so I just got a new one. I don't know howuch voltage they take so I can't say for sure if you can bench test it or not
