Driving and FRP drops to 10k feels like half power. Might last 10 seconds or maybe 10 min then acts fine again. Checked filter it's good no codes. I feel like it may b a loose wire somewhere. You guys heard of this happening or had it happen to you.??

You checked the filter? How do you check a fuel filter? I would replace it and start there...cheap attempt. Maybe you need a shimmed FPRV or a solid plug.
Yea never threw up any codes. You can b cruising and I act up put it to the floor and it won't go per 2500 rpm and 65 mpg. It's getting super annoying and worse.
Possibly try a different tune? I had a phantom limp in one of my tunes a while back, where it would drop commanded mm3 to half for about 10 seconds then go back to normal. No codes or anything. Is your desired fuel pressure dropping to 10k as well?
Yes desired drops with actual. I'll try a different tune I'm on a 100 mile stretch right now so I'll see if it still acts retarded.
