I noticed a new kind of faint noise coming from my truck that I can hear inside the cab with the engine running. So im scared its my raptor getting louder. I pulled the power to it to see if it would flow through and it dosent. So I don't want to get stuck somewhere if it dies so has anyone ever put a bypass with a valve or something on their lift pumps?
Anyone ever bypass lift pump?

Thats weird I left mine unplugged once and it ran fine it would just fall on its face when i would floor it with the big tune

I installed my PPE with the bypass valves. I was nervous about getting stuck somewhere with an engine that did not run and cold weather. Call it a little insurance on my part.
When Super Diesel sold lift pump kits it had a bypass around the pump. the pumps he used didn't flow thru with no power. Probably find a pic on the place of his setup
