I was really sad to read this... This car is one of my favorite Camaro's of all time. While I have never been a huge fan of the 69' Big Red is one giant can of old school Whoop Ass! that an older fellow can appreciate:D I still have the "riders on the storm" article hotrod did, back in the late 80's.

That sucks balls. I remember watching the Silver State Classic on VHS back in the 90s, then just last year, I'm at SEMA and come out of the ticketing hall and holy shit Big Red is right there and no one is around it at all. Probably the most decorated, versatile race cars of our generation and no one notices. Shit even R&T had it selected to compete against the new Z last year.
