Another Tow mirror topic

I can't stand the look of the stock mirrors on my 01 Lb7 and thought about plasti dipping the horrid chrome piece on the front of them sense I am already plasti-dipping my grill at the moment.

But I've decided to just break down and get some tow mirrors.
Suggestions? I remember people saying Kool-vue (spell check?) mirrors are at a good price but kinda flimsy.

Towing mirrors are the way to go... I ordered mine off of eBay for about $175 for the pair and I couldn't be happier. It makes driving a lot easier but most of all it adds that huskier look to the truck. I would try searching for them on eBay.

Yea a lot of people go with the Kool Vue aftermarket mirrors. I've read how the glass/mirror will vibrate going down the highway on aftermarket mirrors, BUT I got a set of OEM take offs on my 2008 half ton and even those things will vibrate down the road too.
