Hey guys... I'm still having troubles locating decent diagrams for my lly. I was cleaning and organizing all my parts to be ready for reassembly after replacing my cp3. I noticed that there is a sensor on the bottom of the electrical coupler mounting bracket on the drivers side of the motor. It's the same sensor as the turbo boost pressure sensor (the one I broke off). My first question is... What is this one for? Does it simply detect ambient air pressures to regulate engine operations?... Next question.... The boost sensor in the intake... It broke off flush with the intake, and I noticed immediately that it was completely full of soot... Would it be able to function properly when it's in this condition? How is it not throwing a code if it's non operational or detecting false readings? I would imagine it's a simple diaphragm correct? So if the little passage is blocked it couldn't work... Theoretically?....
