LB7: Alternator upgrade: 105 to 145 amp

I am upgrading from a 105 amp to an 145 amp alternator I purchased from O'Reillys. Is there any reason that this will not work? Will there be an issue with the ECM (onboard computer) recognizing the different alternator?

2003 Chevrolet Silverado LT K3500 Duramax/Allison (stock).
