Anyone have a better routing for the HP fuel line coming off the 2nd cp3 on an LLY?

I currently have the setup where it snakes across the motor to the passenger side, all the way to the back, and then U shapes around into the back of the passenger rail.

Anyone seen it done cleaner?

Mine hooks into the driver side rail. A line straight back from the cp3 to the back of the driver side rail. Pretty simple and easy to work around if need be.

That's the way I'm running mine (changed it to that from an LMM kit). I know someone makes a braided line but in my opinion the streel one you have is a better setup.

It runs up then back down underneath the upper radiator hose. Right after the Intercooler pipe there is a block that houses the fprv. From there it goes straight back and loops into the back of the driver side rail.

I was looking at that one from PPE (I think that's how they run for their LBZ/LMM kits). I would just buy that line from PPE, but I don't need the FPRV block in the middle of it. Maybe I'll just have one of those made but without the block

I have been told, so don't hold me to it, that you can bend a brake line and send it to exergy and they will copy it to a HP line. I have been wanting to do this on mine so o can get rid of the distribution block

You're right. I talked to them not too long ago about making some for me. Can't remember the price though, but as with everything involving these trucks I'm sure it wasn't cheap.

dracing70 made mention that Columbus Diesel Supply makes a hard line with DMax 14mmx1.5 fittings on it that you can then bend yourself. Guess you could also ask them if they can make a custom bent one.

The new PPE dual pump kits no longer feed each rail separately(for LLY). I would rather it feed individually, but if it's in the way it's in the way!

That's kind of what I'm thinking. Right now my LMM feeds from the front and back of the drivers side than jumps to the passenger side. Seem like the passenger would have tonne getting the short end of the stick on big WOT runs

The only thing that I could see being better with the new style is that you don't have to worry so much about matching pumps. If you had one stroker and one stock, no big deal.

I have an lb7 style line from the secomd cp3 pump feeding the front of the ds rail.
The valley pump feeds the front of the ps rail and my balance line goes from the ds rail behind my y bridge to the rear of the ps rail.
Ran this way for 3 seasons of pulling.
