Almost got killed!

So long story short I see a cc/lb drw pull out on the street near my house and take off laying rubber down so naturally I take off to see what he's got and after catching a redlight I catch up to him when he's getting on the highway. So I blow by him and take the next exit as I was needing to go the opposite direction and needed to stop for fuel anyways so I pull into the station and he pulls in behind me and strikes up a conversation. Turns out he's got a fully built lly with Danville 72mm 4094 vvt over bullseye s480 and PPE dual cp3's. Definitely wouldn't have been any match!:eek: Oh and the guys name was Elvis! :cool: True story.

If you see him again, ask him how it runs with the MAF sensor turned around backwards. :spit:

Guess I've been gone too long to get that reference, but me, him, and a few other guys from the dfw area are planning on driving up to the races in Denton in March. Are you planning on going?

It has nothing to do with anything on here. It was a problem he had with his truck. I'll be there!

I never met him, but I've talked to him a few times. He used to work with a guy I know, and he gave Elvis my phone number.

That's what Rob told him the tunes he wrote were capable of. The twins are an SDP kit he got second hand. He said he went through ATP when he sent the turbo off to be upgraded from a 68mm to 72mm.

My little ported and polished stock turbo truck definitely wouldn't have stood a chance against that beast! I'm just glad I found that out before I lined up with him and got embarrassed! :rofl::eek:
